Safety, Soul, and Sisterhood is a 6-week group coaching journey for the woman who’s done with survival mode, self-abandonment, and trying to “fix” herself. This is a space for nervous system healing, feminine embodiment, and soul remembrance, where you’ll soften into deep inner safety, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and rise in the presence of women walking the same path.

  • Not at all. Whether you’re completely new or returning to your practice, everything is guided with care and offered with options to suit your body and energy. You’re welcome here—just as you are.

  • For in-person sessions, we provide mats, props, and everything you need. Just wear something comfortable and arrive a few minutes early. For online sessions, you’ll receive simple setup tips after booking.

  • Yes, life happens. We kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You’ll find all the details in your booking confirmation email.
