Meditation & Breath

Our yoga classes are a gentle invitation to come back to yourself. With a focus on mindful movement, deep breath, and soft presence, these sessions are designed to help you feel grounded, spacious, and supported. Whether you're flowing through soft sequences or settling into stillness, you’ll be guided with care—no pressure, no performance.

    • Styles include Gentle Flow, Slow Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga

    • Suitable for all levels—including beginners

    • Each class ends with a calming savasana (final rest)

You don’t need experience—just a willingness to slow down and listen.

    • Sessions range from 20 to 45 minutes

    • Guided breathwork, visualisation, and body awareness

    • Ideal for stress relief, emotional clarity, and nervous system support

    • Available online and in select in-person sessions

    • Mats and props are provided in all in-person classes

    • Just bring yourself and wear something you can move in

    • You’re encouraged to move at your own pace

    • Cushions, bolsters, and blankets are provided

  • Not at all. Whether you’re completely new or returning to your practice, everything is guided with care and offered with options to suit your body and energy. You’re welcome here—just as you are.

  • For in-person sessions, we provide mats, props, and everything you need. Just wear something comfortable and arrive a few minutes early. For online sessions, you’ll receive simple setup tips after booking.

  • Yes, life happens. We kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You’ll find all the details in your booking confirmation email.
